The Standards and Principles for non partisan electoral observation performed by Civil Society Organizations is a milestone document produced by the Mission for Electoral Observation (MOE). With this document MOE wants to convey a general understanding of what electoral observation is, the principles that define its nature and the common practices that civil society organizations should perform when engaging in electoral monitoring.

MOE commends all civil society organizations to adhere, practice and promote this standards in their continuous effort to oversee democratic practices.
