*Mario Mitre: Senior Advisor for Elections and Political Processes. He has collaborated with civic organizations on five continents to promote and protect the integrity of electoral processes through systematic evidence-based election observation, including Parallel Vote Tabulation (PVT), Sample-Based Observation, Voter List Verifications and research on barriers to full citizens’ participation in election processes. Additionally, he has provided technical support to NDI’s international electoral observation missions and the work of regional electoral observation networks in Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
